Established in 1991, Conductors' Cooperative Management (CCM) provides worldwide representation for classical music conductors. CCM works to match the talent from its roster with orchestras, ballet and opera companies in guest engagements as well as in long-term positions.

Conductors' Cooperative Management is directed by Susan Dearborn, who holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in music and music librarianship, and whose previous professional experience includes positions in marketing, sales and fund raising consulting.

The roster of Conductors' Cooperative Management represents a wide array of experience, style, repertoire specialties and language capabilities. Our aim is to work in a consultative way to propose a conductor who is the most appropriate and capable for the engagement under consideration.
